$100 / single signer Trust package w/ Trust, Trust Cert, POA, Will, ADH, Deed. Includes travel within Blue and Red Zones.
$150 / two signer Trust package w/ Trust, Trust Cert, POA, Will, ADH, Deed. Includes travel within Blue and Red Zones.
$150 flat rate 10-15 signatures. This is a $15-$40 savings. Includes travel within Blue and Red Zones.
$200 flat rate 16-20 signatures. This is a $55-$80 savings. Includes travel within Blue and Red Zones.
$250 flat rate 21-25 signatures. This is $75-$155 savings. Includes travel within Blue and Red Zones.

Q - Can we notarize via Zoom, Facetime, etc.?
A - No. This is called remote online notarize (RON). It is not yet legal in California.
Q - My ID is expired. Can you still use it?
A - If the ID was issued within 5 years of today's date, then yes. Otherwise, no.
Q - Can you use witnesses to verify my identity?
A - Yes. Two witnesses with valid picture ID may act as witnesses to your identity.
Q - My mother/father, etc. had a stroke/has dementia/alzheimers, can you still notarize?
A - This must be handled on a case by case basis. It is the notary's responsibility to determine if the signer understands what they are signing and if they are capable of doing so.
