NOTARY FEES
- $15 / notarized signature + travel fee to your location
- $100 / single signer Trust package w/ Trust, Trust Cert, POA, Will, ADH, Deed. Includes travel within Blue and Red Zones.
- $150 / two signer Trust package w/ Trust, Trust Cert, POA, Will, ADH, Deed. Includes travel within Blue and Red Zones.
- $150 flat rate 10-15 signatures. This is a $15-$40 savings. Includes travel within Blue and Red Zones.
- $200 flat rate 16-20 signatures. This is a $55-$80 savings. Includes travel within Blue and Red Zones.
- $250 flat rate 21-25 signatures. This is $75-$155 savings. Includes travel within Blue and Red Zones.
- Call for quote if over 25 signatures. Price will include travel within Blue and Red Zones.
loan signing fees
- Purchase - $150
- Selling - $100
- Refinance - $150
- Reverse - $150
- Commercial - $125
- Out of State - add $25
apostille fees
- $150 for the 1st document
- $75 per each additional document
- Fees include notarization and mail in service
- Add flat rate of $50 for next day service
recording fees
- $100 for the first document
- $50 for each additional document
- NOTE: Clerk Recorder fees will be assessed after documents are recorded. Only an estimate can be provided at time of notarization.
