We can manage the recording process for you in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.  We'll notarize your document and record it for you with the appropriate county clerk recorder's office.  We can do this in person or electronically.  Then we'll send you the final recorded documents.  Examples of documents requiring recording are:


  • Grant Deeds
  • Quit Claim Deeds
  • Trust Transfer Deeds
  • Durable Power of Attorney
  • Trusts

recording fees

  • $100 for the first document recording
  • $50 for each additional document
  • NOTE:  County Clerk Recorder fees will be assessed after documents are recorded. Only an estimate can be provided at time of notarization.
